The rush down stairs may be where the day begins, but unwrapping seldom takes too long, and before your first cup of tea or coffee of the day has even cooled, the sitting room can be ankle deep in paper and bows and the first of the day’s many clean-ups is waiting to begin.
That’s not where Christmas happens.
The smiles that greet a longed for present, the oohs and aahs, the delighted squeals and half-read cards, we love them - but that’s not where Christmas happens.
The sugar rush which follows chocolates (unwrapped too early for a normal day) is the sweetest of the year, and the risqué glass of bucks fizz, or cocktail of choice - it's Christmas - is even headier for the indulgence.
That’s not where Christmas happens.
Christmas happens when the pots and pans are soaking in the sink (or hidden away long enough to go from out-of-sight to out-of-mind), and when the ones you love are gathered around the table to eat, to drink, to laugh and to enjoy the most special feeling - the one that comes only once a year. That’s Christmas.
Choose a special space for the most wonderful time of the year.
At Pip & Poppy, our hand-crafted statement resin tables are designed and built precisely for your needs, bringing luxury to the everyday - but that means that to have your table ready for Christmas, we need your order to be placed no later than the 21st of November.
So if you’re tired of jostling for elbow room, or trying to cover things up (even if, our customers tell us, you may end up protecting your new pride and joy anyway) with a festive table cloth, get in touch today and make this Christmas even more special.
